Katie Fore

Customer Service Manager

Katie has worked in the insurance industry for more than 12 years. She started her career in claims with Allstate insurance, but with a background in sales, quickly moved to the agency side. Katie then spent over nine years with Farm Bureau Financial Services in a variety of roles, including call center management, sales and marketing coach, agency manager and agency owner.

Katie is currently helping to build The Zebra's customer service team and retention team. Katie coaches The Zebra's customer service team to provide 'striped-glove service' as they bring in new clients and look to retain our existing book of business. Katie always looks for ways to improve the customer experience and strengthen The Zebra's insurance advisor model. Katie's strengths lie in identifying talent and helping employees realize their full potential. She is by nature a problem solver, and she enjoys de-escalating concerns and looking for solutions.
