Can I drop my son’s car off our insurance

My son moved out but he refuses to change the address on his driver’s license but we don't want him on our car insurance policy anymore because he's a terrible driver and makes our rates higher.

You can remove the vehicle if you are the policy holder. You are under no obligation to pay someone's insurance. Just call your car insurance company and remove him and if he had a vehicle on the policy.
