This can be tricky. My best recommendation is simply to contact GEICO. If your son lives with you and you want him removed from your policy, you would need to have GEICO exclude him. He would still be listed on the policy but wouldn't be a covered driver and wouldn't impact your premium. As for your son, if he does not have a car but needs auto insurance, I recommend a non-owners policy
