I wasn't able to pay my car insurance premium this month because I'm short on cash. Is there anything I can do?

I would call your car insurance company and speak to an agent or customer service representative. If your company is willing, you could probably work with them to pay your premium late and possibly have the late fee waived. Having worked in with insurance companies before, I can attest to some agents or CSR's being lenient if you are able to call them prior to your bill being due. Best of luck.
