Question

Can I buy an insurance policy on a car I own and exclude myself as a driver?

I don't drive, but need a car to be driven around. How do I handle insurance if I don't drive?

Both you and your driver need to be listed on your insurance policy in this case. Since you own the vehicle, you should be listed as an additional interest since you have a financial stake in the car.
