Question
What can I do if I was in a not-at-fault car accident without insurance?
I was waiting on an off-ramp for a business center, a car gave me right of way to enter the intersection. I had pulled up to the lane to go straight. Once the light turned green a car from the left lane, the lane that merges left and he crashed into me, damaging my two driver side doors. I didn't have insurance then, but I do now.
Answer
Sorry to hear about your accident. Regardless of whether you had insurance or not at the time of the accident, the at-fault party must pay for the damages. If they were at fault you should contact them and their insurance company to get your vehicle fixed. Good luck and reach out if you have any further questions.
