I have my own car and my own insurance policy on the vehicle, but I need to borrow my neighbors truck to help my daughter move to her new apartment. When I am driving my neighbor's truck, which policy covers me?

The rule of thumb is that the insurance coverage on the vehicle you are driving is primary in the event of an accident. Since you will be borrowing a vehicle, your car insurance would provide secondary coverage in the event that you are involved in an accident. If you happened to exceed the amount of coverage on the policy that covers the vehicle, then your policy would kick in to provide additional coverage up to your policy limits. Thanks for the great question and best of luck!
