Do I have to file a claim if I was not at fault in an accident?

The other driver was at fault and gave me his insurance info. Now I have medical and x-ray bills that need to be paid and I haven’t heard from his insurance company. What do I do?

You still will have to file a claim; it doesn’t automatically happen. If the other driver is accepting fault then you can contact their insurance provider to begin the claims process. If you have any issues with the other company then I would recommend involving your company.
