Question

How do I get a copy of my MVR?

Inquired about getting a lower rate with a new insurance company. They sited an accident claim that my present insurer had paid on, that never happened. My current insurer stated in a phone call that it did not appear in their records. Will my MVR show this claim?

An MVR wouldn't show accident claims, it will only show your past tickets or citations. If an insurer paid out for a claim, the most likely report they're using is called a CLUE report. It shows all auto claims going back seven years. I believe you can order it here. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
