I certainly understand your concern, but you cannot get a renters policy for an Airbnb you are temporarily residing in. If you have a renters policy for your current address, your liability coverage will cover any damage you cause to the Airbnb (up to your liability limit). If you're worried about exceeding your liability limit, you can increase it by speaking to a representative at your insurance provider. Bear in mind, that will increase your premium.
If you don't have a current renters policy but have a permanent address, I recommend purchasing one. They're generally pretty inexpensive and can protect your belongings and personal assets in the event of an accident. See here
