Question

Leasing a vehicle without insurance

I just moved to Bellevue, WA from India 2 months ago and I don't have a WA driving license yet, although I have an Indian license for past 6 years and its a pretty clean one. I just leased a 2018 Honda Civic Sedan LX yesterday and an worried the insurance might cost me too much. I got insurance quotes today from a company and the liability one is so much economical for me and full coverage is expensive. What do you suggest for me? Any help would be highly appreciated.

If you have a leased vehicle, you're technically renting it and thus must maintain comprehensive, collision, and probably gap insurance. Although it might be more expensive to get these coverages, it will save you much more money in the event of an accident. Your Indian license will allow you to get insurance in Washington as well.
