When you file a claim for an injury, the party responsible for the injury would be the company to pay for the claim. If you had another injury from the second accident you will be able to file a claim. The insurance adjuster and doctors will determine if the injury was caused by the second accident or the first. If you're curious, you can find additional information about the claims process in our guide to filing claims. Good luck and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
