Question

How often do insurance companies pull CLUE reports?

We have cars insured by different companies (different cars on different companies), and recently filed a claim for one of them. When will my other insurance companies find out about the claim?

Normally insurance companies will run your CLUE (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) report when you first start your policy or some time within the first 60 days. It costs money for them to run the report so they don't usually pay to have it run after your first renewal. They could randomly select policies out of their pool to run reports at a later date, but that's pretty unlikely.
