Question

Is it possible to insure three vehicles with two different companies?

I have two financed vehicles that I insure on one policy and I just leased a third vehicle. Can I insure the leased vehicle on a separate policy from the one that covers my two financed cars? Is there any difference in price?

You should be able to find a company that would only insure the other vehicle, if that's what you want to do. However, since there is a base cost associated with each policy it's normally recommended that you combine all of your vehicles on one policy since it's usually cheaper. But, if you prefer them separate then you should be able to find a company willing to accommodate your needs.
