Question
Totaled a vehicle and I wasn't on the vehicle's insurance policy
I wrecked a car that was fully covered. No other parties involved but I was not on the insurance what should I expect?
Answer
The owner of the vehicle will need to file a claim on their policy. It will be up to the insurance company to decide if they will pay out for the claim or not since you are not listed on the policy. Good luck and if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. For information related to a total loss, see here.
