hotograph and keep accurate details of the damage. This can be a tricky situation because you are not insured and if the owner refuses to pay for the damages you do not have an insurance company on your side or to pay for the remaining damages. If the owner of the car wash refuses to accept fault, your next option would really only be to speak with an attorney. Consider, however, how much legal fees and any other potential fees are compared to paying for the damage out of pocket. I would also recommend getting your vehicle insured ASAP. Car insurance is required in your state and it's the easiest way to avoid tricky situations like this one. You can compare quotes for your vehicle here.
