Question

Will my car insurance rate go up for a not at fault accident?

I have commercial insurance coverage which is for taxi and limousine purposes. The policy is $100,000- $300,000 coverage. Will me claiming for my personal medical bills make my monthly payments go up?

I can't speak directly to commercial insurance policies, but for personal auto policies, even not-at-fault accidents can have a negative impact on your rates in New York. You should ask your insurance provider how that might impact your rate since it is a commercial policy. Best of luck!
