It really will depend on how your previous accident was categorized. If you were considered to be at fault in the previous crash then your accident forgiveness was likely used during that particular claim. If you were considered not at fault then it's highly likely that your accident forgiveness is still intact. It might be worth a call to your insurance company simply to ask if you still have it. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that the most recent incident will be considered an at-fault collision
claim. If you do have accident forgiveness then it shouldn't impact your rate with Allstate, but if you switch to a new insurance company within 3 years of the claim
then it will impact your rate with the new company.
