Additional Discounts State Fram offers an additional discount for vehicles made in 1994 or later, depending on the loss experience of the vehicle make and model. Erie offers an additional discount called "Reduced Usage" that provides a lower rate on your policy if your vehicle is unused for 90 consecutive days during the policy period.
