24-hour roadside assistance is included in all of USAA's Extended Vehicle Protection programs. Pricing varies depending on which plan you select. Roadside assistance will pay up to $100 per occurrence of the following: towing service, flat tire change, emergency gas delivery, battery jump, and locksmith services. Substitute Transportation is available up to $250 per occurrence. Travel/Lodging Reimbursement is available up to $300 per occurrence.
Traveler's Basic Roadside Assistance provides towing service up to 15 miles, as well as emergency car services such as jump start, fuel delivery, flat tire change and lockout assistance. Traveler's Premier Roadside Assistance provides the same emergency car services, towing service up to 100 miles, and Trip Interruption coverage, which offers reimbursement of $200 a day (to a maximum of $600) for meals and lodging if your breakdown occurs 100 or more miles from home. Additionally, Premier Roadside Assistance provides Personal Property coverage with a $500 limit for any items damaged or stolen during the breakdown.
