Fritz's career sits at the intersection of insurance, technology, and venture investing. Before joining The Zebra, he worked as a venture manager at Creative Destruction Lab, evaluating early-stage insurtech startups, and interned with American Family Ventures, the venture capital arm of American Family Insurance. He's also held sales and account roles at insurance technology companies, including AgentSync and Vertafore, helping agencies, MGAs, and carriers modernize their systems.
