Eric began his insurance career at The Zebra in 2020, starting in an unlicensed role assisting customers before earning his Property & Casualty license. He gained experience on the Auto-focused sales team and later the retention team, where he helped customers update their policies and coverage.

Eric has also worked on the escalations team, handling complex customer issues and claims investigations. After some time leading service agents, he now manages a team of frontline advisors, drawing on his diverse experience to support his team and enhance the customer experience.
