Nicholas began his career at a commercial brokerage in Iowa that specialized in trucking companies across the Midwest. In 2020, he joined The Zebra and pivoted to personal insurance lines; he started in customer service before moving up to Sales Manager and later, working his way up in operations to Senior Manager of Agency Operations.

Nicholas returned to sales in 2023 and serves as Senior Manager of Agency, focusing on value-based selling and helping sales and service managers ensure that customers' insurance coverages align perfectly with their needs.
