How to get a handicap pass without a car
My mother doesn't have a car registered in her name but needs a handicap pass. How can she obtain one? In NC, your handicap parking pass now comes with a registration for your car. My mother does not own a car. Her daughters take her to and from doctors' appointments sometimes. Does she have to have a car registered in her name in order to get a Handicap parking pass?
