Question
Can I remove a ticket for no insurance if I get insurance now?
If I get insurance online (same day) but after I get stopped with no insurance and show it in court will they know I got it after I got stopped?
Answer
No - even if you had a policy begin that day, it would not help getting your ticket dismissed. Because insurance is required in your state, you will still need to have insurance. I recommend getting a car insurance policy as soon as possible to avoid any penalties. Furthermore, you will have to show proof of insurance currently to avoid any additional penalties with your state. Check out our guide if you're interested in a quote for an auto insurance policy.
