Can I remove a ticket for no insurance if I get insurance now?

If I get insurance online (same day) but after I get stopped with no insurance and show it in court will they know I got it after I got stopped?

No - even if you had a policy begin that day, it would not help getting your ticket dismissed. Because insurance is required in your state, you will still need to have insurance. I recommend getting a car insurance policy as soon as possible to avoid any penalties.
