Basically, this is just another way to describe rental reimbursement coverage (which is part of rental car insurance coverage). What that means is if your vehicle becomes temporarily disabled from an incident that's covered by your policy, this coverage would reimburse you for the transportation expenses you have (i.e. car rental).

Keep it mind it will likely cap out at a certain daily limit, and has a total limit as well. This is usually written as 30/900 meaning it will be $30 a day up to $900 total, but this can vary by insurance company. Hope this helps!
