Unfortunately, insurance companies list almost all single-vehicle accidents as at-fault on your claims history. This would likely be considered an at-fault collision accident. There is no other party at fault and this can be seen as a failure to maintain control of the vehicle. You and your daughter might find our guides When and How to File a Car Insurance Claim and Total Loss Car Insurance useful. Good luck and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
