If the other driver is at fault then their insurance company should repair any damage to your vehicle. Check out our page on what to expect when filing your claim so you have an idea of what to expect.

You should also contact your insurance company just to make them aware of your claim with the other company. Most insurance companies require you to report all incidents even if you do not file a claim directly with them.
